Common use of Expiration of Hedge Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Hedge. Not later than the day following the expiration of the term of any Hedge, if a Subsequent Hedge is required pursuant to Section 5.1(a), the Sponsor shall deliver or cause to be delivered a Subsequent Hedge Agreement from a Counterparty acceptable to Fxxxxxx Mac.
