EXPIRATION OF PURCHASE WARRANTS. Immediately after the Time of Expiry, all rights under any Purchase Warrant in respect of which the right of acquisition herein and therein provided for shall not have been exercised shall cease and terminate and such Purchase Warrant shall be void and of no further force or effect.
