Common use of Expiration of Research Collaboration Term Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Research Collaboration Term. At the expiration of the Research Collaboration Term, the JSC shall be disbanded and the Parties shall communicate directly with each other with respect to the activities contemplated by this Agreement in such manner as is reasonable and practical, including by having periodic telephonic and face-to-face meetings as necessary.
