Common use of Expiration of Restrictions and Risk of Forfeiture Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Restrictions and Risk of Forfeiture. The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the Plan, and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant, provided that you remain in the employ of or a service provider to the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates set forth therein.

Expiration of Restrictions and Risk of Forfeiture. The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 13 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the Plan, and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant, provided that you remain in the employ of of, or a service provider to to, the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates set forth therein.

The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted Securities assigned pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares Securities will become transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the Plan, transferable and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice Section 2 of Grantthis Agreement, provided that you remain in the employ of of, or a service provider to to, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries affiliates until the applicable dates set forth therein.

The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 12 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the PlanAgreement, and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant, provided that you remain in the employ of or a service provider to the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates or events set forth therein.

The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the Plan, transferable and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant, provided that you remain in the employ of of, or a service provider to to, the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates set forth therein.

The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 10 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the Plan, and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of GrantGrant and in Section 6 of this Agreement, provided that you remain in the employ of of, or a service provider to to, the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates and times set forth therein. Restricted Shares that become vested and non-forfeitable as provided in this Agreement are referred to herein as “Vested Shares.”

The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the Plan, transferable and nonforfeitable (“Vested”) as set forth in the Notice of Grant, provided that you remain in the employ of of, or a service provider to to, the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates set forth therein.

Expiration of Restrictions and Risk of Forfeiture. The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 11 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the PlanAgreement, and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant, provided that you remain in the employ of of, or a service provider to to, the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates set forth therein.

Expiration of Restrictions and Risk of Forfeiture. The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 13 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the PlanAgreement, and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant, provided that you remain in the employ a director of or a service provider to the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates set forth therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if your service with the Company is terminated by reason of your death or Disability, the Forfeiture Restrictions shall lapse as to all of the Restricted Shares then subject to the Forfeiture Restrictions.
