Expiration of Special Warrants. Subject to Section 3.7, immediately after the Expiry Time, all rights under any Special Warrants not exercised or deemed to be exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Indenture will cease and terminate and such Special Warrants will be void and of no further force or effect.
