Common use of Expiration of Term; Non-Renewal Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Term; Non-Renewal. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing a proper notice of non-renewal to the other party in accordance with Section 4(b). For purposes of this Agreement, including without limitation Section 4(b) and Section 6(c) hereto, a “termination without Cause” shall include the Company’s non-renewal of this Agreement.
