Common use of Expiration of Term; Resignation Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Term; Resignation. The expiration of the term provided for in Section 1.1 or the voluntary termination or resignation by Employee or retirement from the Company in accordance with the normal retirement policies of the Company or the mutual agreement of the Company and Employee. In the event of any termination under this Section 3.1.1, Employee will not be entitled to receive any further payments or benefits from the Company and the Company shall be released from any and all obligations under this Agreement.
