Expiration of the Term, For Cause, or Without Good Reason. (a) The Executive’s employment hereunder shall be terminated upon either party’s nonrenewal of the Agreement in accordance with Section 1, by the Company for Cause, or by the Executive without Good Reason. Termination of the Executive’s employment upon the Company’s nonrenewal of the Agreement shall be treated as a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company without Cause under Section 5.2. If the Executive’s employment is terminated upon the Executive’s nonrenewal of the Agreement, by the Company for Cause, or by the Executive without Good Reason, the Executive shall be entitled to receive:
