Expiration of Voting Rights. The provisions of paragraph (b), subsections (ii)-(vi) and paragraph (c) of this Section 6 shall no longer be in force and effect at such time as the aggregate Stated Value of the shares of Class A-1 Preferred Stock outstanding is less than $250,000.
