Expiration of Warrant Certificates. After the Time of Expiry, all rights under any Warrant or this Indenture in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase herein and therein provided for shall not theretofore have been exercised shall wholly cease and terminate and such Warrant shall be void and of no effect.
