Common use of Expiration of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Warrant Certificates. After the expiry of the Exercise Period all rights under any Warrant Certificate in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase of Common Shares herein and therein provided for shall not theretofore have been exercised shall wholly cease and terminate and such Warrant Certificate shall be void and of no effect.

Expiration of Warrant Certificates. After Immediately following the expiry of the Automatic Exercise Period Time, all rights under any Warrant Certificate in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase of exercise into Common Shares herein and therein provided for shall and not theretofore have been exercised shall by the Subscriber will wholly cease and terminate and such Warrant Certificate shall will be void and of no effecteffect or value subject to the rights to receive Common Shares in respect of the exercise of any Special Warrants.
