CANCELLATION OF TBS ACCESS CODE The Account Holder may cancel his TBS Access Code by giving notice to the Bank in writing or in any other manner as may be determined by the Bank, and such notice shall only be effective upon actual receipt thereof by the relevant officer-in-charge at the Bank.
ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION/CANCELLATION The County reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all bids and to make the award to that bidder who, in the opinion of the County, will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the County. The County also reserves the right to reject the bid of any bidder who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature or who, in the County’s opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award. The County reserves the right to inspect all facilities of bidders in order to make a determination as to the foregoing. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technicalities and may, at its discretion, request a re- bid. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the County. The County reserves the right, and the Manager, Procurement Division has absolute and sole discretion, to cancel a solicitation at any time prior to approval of the award by the Board of County Commissioners when such approval is required. The decision to cancel a solicitation cannot be the basis for a protest pursuant to the Orange County Code.
Termination/Cancellation/Rejection The State specifically reserves the right upon written notice to immediately terminate the contract or any portion thereof at no additional cost to the State, providing, in the opinion of its Commissioner of Buildings and General Services, the products supplied by Contractor are not satisfactory or are not consistent with the terms of this Contract. The State also specifically reserves the right upon written notice, and at no additional cost to the State, to immediately terminate the contract for convenience and/or to immediately reject or cancel any order for convenience at any time prior to shipping notification.
Cancellation OSS Charge 2.13.4.1 <<customer_name>> will incur an OSS charge for an accepted LSR that is later canceled by <<customer_name>>. Note: Supplements or clarifications to a previously billed LSR will not incur another OSS charge.

CANCELLATION OF NOTES, COUPONS AND TALONS 11.1 All Notes which are redeemed, all Global Notes which are exchanged in full, all Coupons which are paid and all Talons which are exchanged shall be cancelled by the Paying Agent by which they are redeemed, exchanged or paid. Cancellation of Orders If payment for shares purchased is not received within the time customary or the time required by law for such payment, the sale may be canceled without notice or demand, and neither FTDI nor the Fund(s) shall have any responsibility or liability for such a cancellation; alternatively, at FTDI's option, the unpaid shares may be sold back to the Fund, and Bank shall be liable for any resulting loss to FTDI or to the Fund(s). FTDI shall have no liability for any check or other item returned unpaid to Bank after Bank has paid FTDI on behalf of a purchaser. FTDI may refuse to liquidate the investment unless FTDI receives the purchaser's signed authorization for the liquidation.
