Explanations. Except as otherwise stipulated in this agreement, 1.2.1 Article or item means an article or item agreed upon and stipulated by both parties; 1.2.2 Law includes but is not limited to current and effective Laws, codes, effective modifications, supplements or amendments to the above Laws or codes made by appropriate authorities after signing of this agreement; 1.2.3 No article or item in this agreement prohibits extension, modification, amendment of or supplement to this agreement, if such act has been approved by both parties; 1.2.4 All headlines in this agreement are only for convenience of reference and shall have no influence on the explanation of this agreement.
