Common use of Exploitation of joint Results Clause in Contracts

Exploitation of joint Results. Each Party that owns joint Results shall be entitled to grant non-exclusive licences, without obtaining any consent from, paying compensation to, or otherwise accounting to any other joint owner, unless otherwise agreed between the joint owners providing that it will grant access rights to these results on a royalty-free basis to the Dutch society at large or to other projects in the same field. Any products will be made available on the basis of the cost price.
