Exploration Direct Costs. Monetary expenses incurred reasonably by THE ASSOCIATE for the acquisition of seismic data and the drilling of Exploratory ▇▇▇▇▇, and for locations, termination, equipment and tests for such ▇▇▇▇▇, as well as the costs for workover incurred by THE ASSOCIATE for the exploration of new targets located on the ▇▇▇▇▇ of the fields currently being developed within the CPR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The Exploration Direct Costs do not include either administrative or technical support from the home office or the Company central office.
