Exploration of Alternative Programs. The parties have a shared interest in providing safe transportation from the hospital to residents’ homes when they are too fatigued to drive. Within 60 days of the ratification of the agreement the parties agree to meet to discuss ideas on fatigue mitigation and to discuss proposals from the union on alternative programs to the Taxi Voucher Program, such as an app- based ride-sharing service. The parties agree to continue regularly meeting to discuss this issue at mutually agreeable times and dates with the goal of reaching mutual agreement on improvements to the Taxi Voucher Program, if any, in time for implementation on July 1, 2023.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:
