Explosive Atmosphere Sample Clauses
Explosive Atmosphere. The Company makes no guarantees with respect to services when used in an explosive atmosphere. CUSTOMER shall indemnify, defend and relieve the Company from liability for any and all claims by any person related to such use of the Services by the CUSTOMER or Users under such conditions.
Explosive Atmosphere. The transceiver shall not cause ignition of an ambient explosive-gaseous mixture with air when operating in such an atmosphere. The atmosphere is as defined in MIL-STD-810E, Method 511.3, Procedure I.
