Common use of Export and Other Laws Clause in Contracts

Export and Other Laws. Licensee agrees that, unless it has obtained prior written authorization from the United States Department of Commerce or is otherwise permitted by the United States Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations and, in either case, has the prior written consent of Pitney Bowes, it will not export or otherwise disclose, directly or indirectly, any technology or software received from Pitney Xxxxx nor allow the direct product thereof to be shipped or to be disclosed, either directly or indirectly, to any destination that is prohibited by the United States Government or to a foreign national that is prohibited by the United States Government. Without limiting the foregoing, Licensee and Pitney Xxxxx shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the Pitney Xxxxx Software and its use.
