Export and Reimport Clause Samples
Export and Reimport. The Company shall be entitled to export all items of plant and machinery imported by it under this Article IX for permanent installation in the Complex for the purpose of remedying defects, repair or refurbishment outside Pakistan and to re-import the same upon payment of the applicable Customs Duties and the GOP shall, at the request of the Company, use its reasonable endeavours to expedite the issuance of any Company Consent required for the export and re-import of such plant, machinery and equipment.

The Seller shall be entitled to export all items of plant, machinery, equipment spare parts and replacements imported by it under this Article IX (Taxation and Import Controls) for permanent installation in the Complex for the purpose of remedying defects, repair or refurbishment outside Pakistan and, where applicable, to re-import the same, to the extent permitted under the Laws of Pakistan without payment of any Customs Duties in respect of the same, provided however the Seller has complied with the provisions of Section 9.3 (Right to Import; Customs Duties) in respect of such items of plant, equipment, spare parts and machinery.
