Seller agrees to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to United States Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), U.S. Department of Treasury, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Arms Control Export Act, and United States Munitions List (USML) administered by Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs of the U. S. Department of State, and any other export authorities identified in Supplement 3 to Part ® ®
