You agree that You will not submit the Services to any government agency for licensing consideration or other regulatory approval without Our prior written consent. You, will not, and will not allow any third party to, export, re-export or transfer any part of the Services to countries, persons or entities prohibited by Export Laws. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where You operate.
