Export Control and Economic Laws. The Company and each Subsidiary has conducted its export and other transactions substantially in accordance with all relevant provisions of all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export and Import Permits Act, the United Nations Act and Special Economic Measures Act, and to the full extent applicable, the Export Administration Act and implementing Export Administration Regulations, and the legislation and orders administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
