EXPORT CONTROL AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. Buyer represents that the Product will not be shipped to any countries subject to embargo, export controls or other restrictions under any applicable law or regulation. Buyer is obliged to comply with regulatory requirements applying to the Product as indicated the Product’s documentation.
