Export Control Regulations. 12.1. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any delivery made by Xxxxx Xxxx is subject to and the Buyer is obliged to comply with all applicable export control regulations. 12.2. The Buyer may not resell, (re)export or otherwise transfer any products of Xxxxx Xxxx in violation of applicable export control regulations and shall be liable to and keep indemnified and hold harmless Xxxxx Xxxx from any claim arising out of the breach of this provision.
