Common use of Export Controls Compliance Clause in Contracts

Export Controls Compliance. (i) The Company and each of its Subsidiaries has, since January 1, 2013, conducted its export transactions in material compliance with all applicable United States export and re-export control Laws, economic sanctions Laws, and all other applicable export control Laws in other countries in which the Company and its Subsidiaries conduct business (collectively, "Export Control Laws").

Export Controls Compliance. (i) The Company and each of its Subsidiaries has, since January 1, 2013, conducted its export transactions in material compliance with all applicable United States export and re-export control Lawslaws, economic sanctions Lawslaws, and all other applicable export control Laws laws in other countries in which the Company and its Subsidiaries conduct business (collectively, "“Export Control Laws"”).

Export Controls Compliance. (ia) The Company Buyer and each of its Subsidiaries has, since January 1, 20132018, conducted its export transactions in material compliance accordance with all applicable United States export and re-export control Laws, economic sanctions Laws, and all other applicable export control Laws in other countries in which the Company and its Subsidiaries conduct business (collectively, "Export Control Laws").

(i) The Company and each of its Subsidiaries has, since January 1September 13, 20132010, conducted its export transactions in material compliance accordance with all applicable United States export and re-export control Lawslaws, economic sanctions Lawslaws, and all other applicable export control Laws laws in other countries in which the Company and its Subsidiaries conduct business (collectively, "“Export Control Laws"”).

(ia) The Company and each of its Subsidiaries has, since January 1, 2013, has conducted its export transactions in material compliance accordance with all applicable United States export and re-export control Lawslaws, economic sanctions Lawslaws, and all other applicable export control Laws laws in other countries in which the Company and its Subsidiaries conduct business (collectively, "“Export Control Laws"”).
