Common use of Export Controls Clause in Contracts

Export Controls. Confidential Information disclosed under this Agreement may be subject to export controls under the laws of the United States. Each Member will comply, and will cause its Representatives to comply, with such laws and agrees, and will cause its Representatives to agree, not to knowingly export, re-export or transfer any technical data acquired from the Council under this Agreement or any products or services utilizing any such data to any country for which the U.S. Government or any agency thereof at the time of export requires an export license or other government approval without first obtaining such license or approval.
