Export Drop-Shipments. If agreed, ITT will secure all export licenses and permits required by the U.S. Government for drop-shipments abroad. However, it shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer, and the importing entity as identified on the End User Statement, to provide any additional import documentation that the receiving country may require.
