EXPORT LICENCE. On request by the Company the State shall make representations to the Commonwealth for the grant to the Company of a license or licenses under Commonwealth law for the export of iron ore in such quantities and at such rate or rates as shall be reasonable having regard to the terms of this Agreement the capabilities of the Company and to maximum tonnages of iron ore for the time being permitted by the Commonwealth for export from the said State and in a manner or terms not less favourable to the Company (except as to rate or quantity) than the State has given or intends to give in relation to such a license or licenses to any other exporter of iron ore from the said State.
