Common use of Export Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Export Prohibition. Licensee shall not export or re-export Licensed Patents, Licensed Products or related technical information to any country, individual, or entity except when such export or re-export is authorized in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the United States, as applicable. (For the purpose of this paragraph, “technical information” means tangible or intangible technical information that is subject to U.S. export regulations, including blueprints, plans, diagrams, models, formulae, tables, engineering designs and specifications, manuals and instructions.)
