EXPORT-RELATED FINANCING DOCUMENTS. In connection with the execution and delivery of any amended, restated, modified, or supplemented Export-Related Financing Documents, the parties hereto further agree to execute any amendment or consent documentation the sole purpose of which is to implement conforming amendments and modifications to this Agreement and/or any other Loan Document as the Administrative Agent determines to be appropriate and necessary in its Permitted Discretion to cure any ambiguity, defect or inconsistency in the Loan Documents as they relate to the Export-Related Financing Documents.
EXPORT-RELATED FINANCING DOCUMENTS. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents to the contrary, until such time as the Export-Related Loan Agreement is executed and delivered on the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6.1 and otherwise on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion, all references to terms commencing with or including the phrase "Export-Related" and all operative provisions specifically applicable thereto (other than Section 6.1 and this Section 9.20) will have no force and effect. In connection with the execution and delivery of such Export-Related Financing Documents, the parties hereto further agree to execute any amendment or consent documentation the sole purpose of which is to implement conforming amendments and modifications to this Agreement and/or any other Loan Document as the Administrative Agent determines to be appropriate and necessary in its Permitted Discretion to cure any ambiguity, defect or inconsistency in the Loan Documents as they relate to the Export-Related Financing Documents.
