Common use of Export Rules Clause in Contracts

Export Rules. Licensee agrees that the Service or any part thereof will not be accessed from, transferred, or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other applicable export laws, restrictions or regulations (collectively the “Export Laws”). In addition, if the Service or any part thereof is identified as an export controlled item under the Export Laws, Licensee represents and warrants, not to be a citizen, or otherwise located within, an embargoed nation (please always check the actual US Export Administration Regulation Website) and not otherwise to be prohibited under the Export Laws from accessing the Service or receiving the Program. All rights to use the Program or Service are granted on condition that such rights are forfeited if Licensee fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
