Express Warranties And Guarantees - Subcontractors And Suppliers. The DB shall require that all of its subcontractors and suppliers provide written warranties, guarantees and other undertakings to the Owner and the DB in a form identical to the warranties, guarantees and other undertakings set forth in this Contract, including the warranties, guarantees and undertakings set forth in this Article, which warranties, guarantees and undertakings shall run to the benefit of the Owner as well as the DB.
