Common use of Expropriations and Easements Clause in Contracts

Expropriations and Easements. The Concessionaire shall, at its own expense and risk, subject to the provisions of paragraph 11.16, promote the expropriations and establish the easements of real estate necessary for the fulfillment of this Agreement, as well as pay any and all indemnities, costs or expenses arising. The ANP will instruct the process with a view to declaring the public utility, for the purposes of expropriation and institution of administrative easement, of the real estate referred to in paragraph 11.19, upon reasoned request of the Concessionaire.
