Expulsion from School Clause Samples

The 'Expulsion from School' clause defines the conditions and procedures under which a student may be permanently removed from an educational institution. Typically, this clause outlines the types of serious misconduct or repeated violations that can lead to expulsion, such as violence, drug use, or academic dishonesty, and describes the steps the school must follow, including investigation and the right to a hearing.
