Expulsion or Bankruptcy of a Member. In the event of a resignation, expulsion or bankruptcy of any Member, the Company shall thereupon be dissolved and terminated and the Members shall cause a Certificate of Cancellation in the form required by the Act to be filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware when the Company is dissolved.
