Extended Coverage. For Professional Liability Errors and Omissions coverage under Section 18.1.5, Contractor shall continue such coverage for at least five years beyond the expiration or termination of this Contract. The Retroactive Date must be shown and must be before the Effective Date or the beginning of work on the Contract, whichever is earlier. If coverage is canceled or non-renewed, and not replaced with another claims made policy form with a Retroactive Date prior to the Effective Date, Contractor must purchase “extended reporting” coverage for a minimum of five years after expiration or termination of the Contract, whichever is earlier.
Extended Coverage. An employee on approved leave without pay shall be allowed to continue his/her health/dental/life insurance coverage provided that the employee shall pay their share of the monthly premium by the tenth day of each month, during said leave. An employee who terminates County employment is covered through the last day of the month in which he/she is paid for County dental plans and through the last day of the month following the month of termination for CalPERS plans. Employees who terminate County employment may continue Group Health/Dental plan coverage to the extent provided under the COBRA regulations.
Extended Coverage. At the option of the teacher, group health care insurance coverage at group rates may be extended up to thirty-six (36) months beyond the date the Board ceases to be liable for the premium payments, subject to the approval of the insurance carrier, and consistent with the provisions of the federal COBRA regulations. To be eligible for this extended coverage, the teacher shall make payments to the Board and/or insurance carrier in an amount and manner consistent with the provisions of the COBRA law. Failure to receive timely payment may result in the teacher being dropped from continuing group coverage unless prior arrangements have been made with the appropriate Board personnel or with the insurance carrier. A similar availability of health insurance coverage at group rates shall be available to qualifying dependents of employees as provided for in COBRA guidelines.
Extended Coverage. (a) The provisions of this Article shall also apply to employees defined in Clause 13.01(b)(ii), provided they do not refuse alternate employment within fifty (50) kilometres of their place of work. The provisions of Clause 12.05(c) applies to such alternate employment.
Extended Coverage. “Extended Coverage” means the deletion from the Title Policy of general exceptions for survey matters, unrecorded easements, mechanics’ liens, unrecorded liens for taxes and assessments and rights of parties in possession (to the extent such deletions are customarily offered by the Title Company in the jurisdiction where the Hotel is located).
Extended Coverage. Additional insurance taken out by the cardholder to extend the duration of the insurance offered under the Emergency Health Care or Baggage coverage or to increase the amount of insurance under the Trip Cancellation coverage or to take out the Emergency Return Trip coverage. The number of additional days taken out to extend the duration of the Emergency Health Care or Baggage coverage must cover the entire duration of the trip. Family member: Spouse, sons, daughters, father, mother, brothers, sisters, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren, half-brothers, half-sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters- in-law, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and xxxxxx.
Extended Coverage. How can you apply for extended coverage?
a) answers to any questions they may ask regarding your eligibility;
b) any other information requested in order to issue the insurance contract. You must pay the required premium when you make the application. People belonging to certain age groups who apply for extended coverage must answer an insurability questionnaire. The Insurer will advise these people in advance accordingly. They may be denied coverage if the Insurer considers their health risk to be unacceptable. They may also simply not be covered for certain health problems that the Insurer has refused to cover. Please read the Limitations for Pre-existing Medical Conditions or Injuries and the Limitations, Restrictions and Exclusions sections of these general conditions. You will thereby find out whether extended coverage may be limited due to your health. If you have any questions, talk to your physician or contact the Insurer, to be sure you have correctly answered the questions asked in the Limitations for Pre-Existing Medical Conditions or Injuries section and to find out whether your state of health could represent an unacceptable risk for the Insurer. To obtain extended coverage under the Emergency Health Care or Baggage coverage:
a) Your application for extended coverage and the payment of the premium must be received by the Insurer prior to the date your insurance terminates.
b) The extended coverage must be taken out to cover the entire remainder of your trip.
c) The Insurer may, however, accept your application for extended coverage at the latest 24 hours following the termination date of your insurance, if you can show that you were unable to submit it sooner. After this period, no applications for extended coverage will be accepted.
d) Additional condition for the Emergency Health Care coverage: You must be covered under a government health and hospitalization insurance plan for the entire duration of the trip and the extended coverage. You are automatically entitled to extended coverage of your insurance free of charge:
a) If your return is delayed because the common carrier in which you are travelling as a paying passenger was delayed. The maximum extended coverage is 72 hours.
b) If you are delayed because of a traffic accident or a mechanical breakdown of a vehicle aboard which you are travelling. The maximum extended coverage is 72 hours.

Extended Coverage. We provide additional wireless coverage within Canada, outside of the Xxxxxx Wireless Network, for which you do not incur roaming charges (the “Extended Coverage”). Extended coverage is for occasional use (except in Saskatchewan where permanent use is permitted if the following conditions are met:
(i) you have Lines activated in more than one province; (ii) your head office or operational headquarters are located outside of Saskatchewan; and (iii) the number of Lines in Saskatchewan is less than 4% of your total number of Lines in Canada. Occasional means that the majority of an End User’s monthly usage (voice, data and SMS) must occur on the Xxxxxx Wireless Network. If the majority of an End User’s monthly usage (voice, data and SMS) occurs within Extended Coverage areas, we may restrict or limit the End User’s access to Extended Coverage on an ongoing basis. We may block access to End Users in Saskatchewan if you do not meet the conditions outlined above. Further, where we identify that an End User’s usage while utilizing Extended Coverage is excessive, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee for such excessive usage, or, alternatively, to block such End User from utilizing Extended Coverage going forward. An End User’s Device always connects to the Xxxxxx Wireless Network if it is available. Once an End User has left the Xxxxxx Wireless Network and has entered an Extended Coverage area, the End User’s Device automatically connects to the network of the third party network operator located in the Extended Coverage. If the End User is on a call when they enter an Extended Coverage area, the call drops. Once EXT appears on the End User’s Device screen, they can call back to complete their call. An employee on leave in excess of twelve (12) months may continue group coverage subject to the provisions of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) provided the employee pays the entire cost of coverage, plus any administrative fees, for the option selected. The entire cost of coverage shall be paid at a place and time specified by the District. Late payment may result in cancellation of coverage. Extended Coverage is intended for occasional use; the majority of your end-user’s monthly usage (voice, data and SMS) must occur on the Rogers Wireless Network. If the majority of your end-user’s monthly usage occurs within Extended Coverage areas, Rogers may restrict or limit your end-user’s access to Extended Coverage on an ongoing basis. Further, where Rogers identifies that your usage while utilizing Extended Coverage is excessive, Rogers reserves the right to charge you a reasonable fee for such excessive usage, or, alternatively, to block such end-user from utilizing Extended Coverage going forward. Your Rogers Device will always connect to the Rogers Wireless Network if it is available. Once your end- user has left the Rogers Wireless Network and has entered an Extended Coverage area, the end-user’s Device will automatically connect to Extended Coverage.
