Pricing Eligibility. Where you are migrating to the Xxxxxx Business Wireless Plans from another Xxxxxx’ wireless price plan, the Xxxxxx Business Wireless Plans pricing will take effect on the first day of your next wireless billing cycle, unless otherwise indicated by Rogers, and any previously existing price plans of yours will be deleted and replaced in their entirety by the price plans of the Xxxxxx Business Wireless Plans. Where the Xxxxxx Business Wireless Plans pricing set out on the Agreement includes pricing elements that must be customized on Rogers’ billing system prior to your Lines being able to migrate or activate on such customized pricing, the Service Effective Date for the Xxxxxx Business Wireless Plans shall be the date on which Rogers notifies you that such customized pricing is available. Unless otherwise set out in the Agreement, you will not be eligible for any retroactive credit representing the difference between your previous pricing for their wireless services and the new Xxxxxx Business Wireless Plans pricing. The Xxxxxx Business Wireless Plans price plans must be created on a separate Billing Account Number from any wireless price plans that are Pooled.

Where the IOT Connectivity Services pricing set out on the Agreement includes pricing elements that must be customized on Rogers’ billing system prior to the Customer’s Data Only Lines being able to migrate or activate on such customized pricing, the Service Effective Date for the IOT Connectivity Services shall be the date on which Rogers notifies the Customer that such customized pricing is available. Unless otherwise set out in the Agreement, the Customer will not be eligible for any retroactive credit representing the difference between the Customer’s previous pricing for their wireless services and the new IOT Connectivity Services pricing.

Following a price plan change, the Xxxxxx Control Centre Services pricing will take effect on the next billing cycle on the Essential Service Tier and within the same billing cycle on the Advantage Service Tier. Where the Xxxxxx Control Centre Services pricing set out on the Agreement includes pricing elements that must be customized on Rogers’ billing system prior to the your IoT XXXx being able to migrate or activate on such customized pricing, the Service Effective Date for the Xxxxxx Control Centre Services shall be the date on which Rogers notifies you that such customized pricing is available. Unless otherwise set out in the Agreement, you will not be eligible for any retroactive credit representing the difference between the your previous pricing for your IoT services and the new Control Centre Services pricing.

Where the Custom Wireless Plans pricing set out above include pricing elements that must be customized on Rogers’ billing system prior to the Customer’s Corporately Paid Lines being able to migrate or activate on such customized pricing, the Service Effective Date for the Custom Wireless Plans shall be the date on which Rogers notifies the Customer that such customized pricing is available. The Customer will not be eligible for any retroactive credit representing the difference between the Customer’s previous pricing for their wireless services and the new Custom Wireless Plans pricing.
