Common use of Extended Exercisability of Options Clause in Contracts

Extended Exercisability of Options. Any extended period of exercisability applicable to stock options held by an individual listed on Schedule 5.2(a)(v) to which such individual becomes entitled pursuant to an Executive Severance Agreement entered into prior to the Distribution Effective Time between such individual and Ironwood or Cyclerion, as applicable (or if such individual has not yet entered into an Executive Severance Agreement with Ironwood or Cyclerion, as applicable, the extended period of exercisability set forth opposite such individuals name on Schedule 5.2(a)(v)) shall apply to any adjusted Ironwood Options and any Cyclerion Options issued in accordance with this Section 5.2.
