Extended Exercise Period for Stock Options. Any stock options issued by the Corporation and held by the Executive shall remain exercisable until thirty-six months following the Termination Date, but in no event beyond the stock option's maximum exercise period (without regard to any provisions that shortens the exercise period in connection with termination of employment or otherwise).
