Common use of Extended Expiration Clause in Contracts

Extended Expiration. The right to exercise this Warrant shall expire at 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Expiration Date, provided, however, that if the Holders of Warrants issued hereunder have, in accordance with the terms thereof, requested a registration statement pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement 90 days or more prior to the Expiration Date and such registration statement has not become effective prior to the Expiration Date then the right to exercise this Warrant shall be extended and shall expire 30 days after the effective date of such registration statement.

The right to exercise this Warrant shall expire at 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Expiration Date__________ __, 2007, provided, however, that if the Holders holder of Warrants this Warrant issued hereunder havehas, in accordance with the terms thereofhereof, requested a registration statement pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement 90 days or more prior to the Expiration Date subsection 1.2 hereof and such registration statement has not become effective prior to the Expiration Date expiration date of the right to exercise this Warrant, then the right to exercise this Warrant shall be extended and shall expire 30 thirty (30) days after the effective date of such registration statement.

The right to exercise this Warrant shall expire at 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Expiration DateJuly 3, 2008, provided, however, that if the Holders holder of Warrants this Warrant issued hereunder havehas, in accordance with the terms thereofhereof, requested a registration statement pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement 90 days or more prior to the Expiration Date subsection 1.2 hereof and such registration statement has not become effective prior to the Expiration Date expiration date of the right to exercise this Warrant, then the right to exercise this Warrant shall be extended and shall expire 30 thirty (30) days after the effective date of such registration statement.
