Extended Issuance Date. is (a) if a Retirement Installment applies, each date during an Extended Delay Period that Employee shall receive an issuance of Shares in an installment, or if earlier, the date of death following Retirement; or (b) if a Retirement Installment does not apply, the earlier of (i) the Extended Issuance Date elected by Employee pursuant to the Rules; or (ii) the date of a 409A Separation during the Extended Delay Period.
