Extended Meaning. Any and all release and indemnity clauses which are included in the Lease for the benefit of Landlord are intended also to benefit the mortgagees and property managers of Landlord and the officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents of each one of them and, for the purposes of such clauses, Landlord is hereby acting as agent or trustee on behalf of and for the benefit of the persons or entities mentioned above.
