Common use of Extended Qualifying Termination Benefits and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Extended Qualifying Termination Benefits and Compensation. If, during the term of this Agreement, the Employee incurs an Extended Qualifying Termination the Employee shall be entitled to the following compensation and benefits: 4.2.1. The Company shall pay the Employee all Accrued Compensation and a Pro Rata Bonus. 4.2.2. The Company shall pay the Employee as severance pay in lieu of any further compensation for periods subsequent to the Termination Date, a single payment in an amount equal to one (1) times the Base Amount.
