Extended Shift-Meal Sample Clauses

Extended Shift-Meal. Any employee that is required to work over six (6) consecutive hours past their regular lunch period shall be provided with a meal and compensated for time to eat same, or in lieu of this, the employee shall be paid an additional one-half (1/2) hour at the appropriate wage rate. Every subsequent six (6) hour period this provision shall apply.
