EXTENDED SUBSTITUTE TEACHING Sample Clauses

The Extended Substitute Teaching clause defines the terms and conditions under which a substitute teacher may be engaged for an extended period beyond the usual short-term assignments. Typically, this clause outlines the duration that qualifies as "extended," the compensation structure for longer assignments, and any additional responsibilities or benefits that may apply to substitutes in these roles. By clearly specifying these parameters, the clause ensures both the school and the substitute teacher understand their obligations and expectations, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring continuity in classroom instruction during prolonged teacher absences.
