Common use of Extended Term Loans and Extended Revolving Commitments Clause in Contracts

Extended Term Loans and Extended Revolving Commitments. (a) The Borrower may at any time and from time to time request that all or a portion of the Term Loans of any Class (the Loans of such applicable Class, the “Existing Term Loans”) be converted into a new Class of Term Loans (the Loans of such applicable Class, the “Extended Term Loans”) in accordance with this Section 2.21(a). In order to establish any Extended Term Loans, the Borrower shall provide a notice to the Administrative Agent (a “Term Extension Request”) setting forth the proposed terms of the Extended Term Loans to be established, which shall be identical to those applicable to the Existing Term Loans from which such Extended Term Loans are to be converted except that:
