Extended Time Compensation. All extended time, which is an extension of regular classroom duties, will be paid to employees at their daily rate.
Extended Time Compensation. 1. Career Technical Education Home Economics Extended Time will be compensated at the rate of two percent (2%) of the employee's salary for each assigned week. The number of weeks assigned is determined by foundation units. 2. Any certificated/licensed employee who is granted a supplemental contract to work beyond the normal one hundred eighty-five (185) day school year shall be compensated at the same rate in effect for summer school for all hours worked. 3. ▇▇▇▇ worked after the official last day of a school year shall be compensated on the basis of the salary schedule in effect during the fiscal year in which the work is performed with the exception of tutors who perform staff development work that applies to the workday requirement for the following school year. Extended Time Compensation a. Compensation for extended days beyond the regular school year shall be based on two (2) points per day at a point value of .00365 of the annual salary schedule base. b. The number of days of extended time for extracurricular or responsibility compensation positions are listed in Exhibit “A-1.” Changes in the number of weeks/days of extended time may be sought by an Association member through his/her building principal to the Superintendent but remain the prerogative of the District. c. Varsity coaches in team or individual sports approved by the OSAA for post-season competition shall be eligible for extended season compensation as follows: (i) For team and/or individual competition, compensation shall be based on a weekly rate equal to their regular season pay divided by twelve
