Extended Use by Subsidiaries and Affiliates. Notwithstanding the non-transferable nature of this License, the Licensee is permitted to extend the usage of the Font to its subsidiaries and affiliates, provided such entities are under the direct control of the Licensee. Such extended usage shall be subject to the following conditions: a. Control and Responsibility: Licensee must ensure that all subsidiaries and affiliates agree to adhere to the terms of this Agreement. The Licensee remains responsible for any breach of this Agreement by its subsidiaries or affiliates.
