Common use of Extended Well Test Clause in Contracts

Extended Well Test. a) If the Contractor contemplates the performance of an extended well test, the Contractor shall request to the Minister a specific authorization to do so. b) The Cost Oil for the extended well test shall be recovered in the Production Phase. c) The performance of the extended well test without the use or reinjection of the Natural Gas shall be limited to a term of one hundred and eighty (180) days, unless in exceptional cases, at the Minister’s discretion.
