Extending Bank. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Schedule II shall be deemed amended without the consent of any Bank (other than a new Bank to the extent provided herein) to reflect the new Commitments of each Extending Bank and/or new Bank pursuant to this Section 3.03(b).
